โป๏ธ Built with local materials such as ichu and stone.
๐ Employment opportunities for the local community.
๐ฒ Promotion of Andean culture in gastronomy and services.
๐โ We have our own eco-garden, which provides many of the fresh ingredients for our meals based on traditional Peruvian cuisine.
๐งโ The water we drink comes from a local natural spring, untreated only micro-filtered for sediment.
